Challenge & Solution
When Lana returned from maternity leave needing a thoughtful way to re-engage her audience and rebuild connection with her community before reopening enrollment to her Coaching Club.
Rather than jumping straight into a relaunch, Lana wanted a strategy that honored where her audience was and created a natural path back into conversation and commitment.
Pre-Launch Experience:
We began with a paid pre-launch challenge designed to reintroduce Lana’s voice, rebuild trust, and create an intentional re-entry point for her audience. The challenge focused on participation and engagement first, allowing people to reconnect without pressure to buy.
Coaching Club Funnel and Nurture:
Following the challenge, we optimized the transition into the Coaching Club with a clear enrollment flow and supportive email nurture sequences. The system guided participants forward in a way that felt aligned, simple, and easy to navigate, ensuring no momentum was lost after the challenge ended.
Final Result
The pre-launch challenge created a strong re-entry point for Lana’s audience, engaging over 100 participants and re-establishing consistent interaction with her community. This allowed Lana to reconnect with existing followers while welcoming new people into her ecosystem in a low-pressure, intentional way.
With the sales funnel and nurture sequences optimized, the transition from challenge participant to Coaching Club member became clear and easy to navigate.
