Nicole McDonough is a coach and consultant who works closely with school leaders. As her work evolved and her audience became more professional and decision focused, Nicole realized her existing online presence no longer reflected the level of expertise or trust her work required.
Although she was confident in the value of her coaching, her website felt misaligned. It lacked clarity, polish, and authority, making it difficult for her to confidently direct potential clients to her online presence. Rebuilding her brand felt overwhelming, and she delayed taking action because she did not know where to begin.

We began by clarifying who she was speaking to and how she wanted to be perceived by school leaders. This guided every design and messaging decision, ensuring the brand felt intentional rather than decorative.
Website Redesign: From there, we redesigned Nicole’s website to feel clean, confident, and authoritative. Visual elements, color palette, copy layout, and imagery were chosen to support trust and professionalism while remaining approachable. The site was structured to clearly communicate her services, experience, and value without overwhelming visitors.
The result was a cohesive online presence that aligned her expertise with how she was being perceived.
