Failed launch? Here’s what to do next:
1️⃣ Don’t take it personal.
Too many times I see business owners getting in their feelings because a launch didn’t go as expected.
Remove your emotional attachment to your business so you can go through the next steps logically and rationally.
2️⃣ Debrief your launch.
Review everything from page views, traffic sources, orders, email open rates, etc. Numbers don’t lie! They’ll give you the data needed to see what worked and what didn’t work.
3️⃣ Toss, tweak and test.
Toss out anything that didn’t work well. Make tweaks to things that can be improved. Pour gasoline on anything that worked really well.
Launches will get better over time. You just have to analyze your data, test and optimize the launches each time.

Vanity metrics can be so deceiving.
I’ve met so many people who have hundreds of thousands of followers on social media and can barely make six figures.
I’ve also met people who barely show up on social media who run 7 figure businesses.
At the end of the day, the most important metrics are the ones that lead to revenue.
I focus mostly on revenue generating tasks that don’t always involve social media… getting on calls with leads, writing proposals, closing deals, etc.
