Challenge & Solution
Jacqui Vasquez began her business with a strong desire to support moms through personal growth and self-development. While her passion and commitment were clear, the business itself struggled to gain financial traction. Offer Simplification: We refined Jacqui’s offers to better support decision-making. Multi-day challenges that led to drop-off were replaced with one-day online trainings designed to improve engagement and follow-through while reducing the operational load.
Systems and Funnel Build: To support the repositioning, we rebuilt Jacqui’s backend systems from the ground up. This included a complete funnel from waitlist to confirmation, multiple sales pages, a paid call booking system that automated scheduling, payment, and Zoom integration, and a clean social links hub. Broken flows were repaired, design was elevated, and the entire client journey was organized to feel intentional and easy to navigate.
